Okay F O K. just thought you should know how arrogant it appears when you identify yourself, in print, as Father of Knowledge. I still think it's inappropriate, no matter how good your intentions may be.....it's misleading and unwise to appear to be giving yourself such a title.
Wait wait wait... Ok so you're tellin me there's something wrong w/ people believing that they don't have to be sick or in debt or lack?? 0_o I thot that was a good thing. Didn't watch the vid, jus read description. I am personally very thankful to God for learning about the authority in my mouth. After believing scripture & confessing that I'm free from depression and the physical ailmets that result from it, I live a much happier and fulfilled life. Are you saying that I was wrong for that??
I don't mean to be rude or confrontational. I just don't understand. Yes, do some people seek God for selfish gain? Yes indeed, but I feel that's just the nature of people, of humans. Why does that make having "faith" false or misleading. I just hate to see the body of Christ doing damage to its own self is all........
@MrsRDub The message I'm getting from this pastor is that the feeling of entitlement is what Christians should guard against. It creates a very 'me first' attitude and takes the focus away from Yehusuhua (the Hebrew name for Jesus) and his sacrifice for us. I used to attend a Church that teaches prosperity , but as for me, I don't agree with that doctrine. That is not to say I don't appreciate all good that Yahua blesses me with, I just don't feel it should happen because I want it to.
The prosperity gospel movement closely resembles some of the destructive greed sects that infiltrated the early church. They are dangerous false teachers and Christians should avoid them.
@FatherOfKnowledge "FATHER OF KNOWLEDGE"? Gee, I always thought that was GOD and only GOD. Not some person on the internet............change your tag if you expect anyone to pay attention to your opinions. Just what you call yourself screams "Nutcase."
@ma101661 - This scripture is CLEARLY QUOTED on my Channel " .. From His mouth come knowledge ... " Prov 2:6 "For the LORD gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding;" - It is obvious to all but the reckless and impulsive that I don’t think I am the “Father of Knowledge”. The name is just the name of the Channel (that’s all). Everything on the channel points to God and Jesus. .. Proverbs 29:20 " Do you see a man who speaks in haste? ......... ". <<<<<<< please read !!!
1 Tim6:7 For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. 8 But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that. 9 Those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction. 10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.
