yea, i have been wanting to remove my gt badge...anyways i dont race against others .... i just dont like to go slow that much... i think speed limit its a little bit to slow but what can u do, gotta respect or ticket...i havent got a ticket in 3 years with my lisence
I own a 01 GT and i've wanted to lower it for awhile. What kit or brand did you use? It looks good. How much did it lower it in Front/Rear? And what's the best way to get the adhesive off after removing the "V6" badge?

It's all good. To my dismay... someone hit me and my GT is now totaled. So that lowering kit wouldn't prove useful now. well. I got $9200 from the insurance company!
Haha i know! I didn't say a thing to them! Just took the offer and left haha. It also had a lot to do with the prior condition. Paint was entirely flawless. No scratches, no dings, no prior body work. I had verifiable maintenance records and it only had 51,000~ miles on it. Also i was the only owner. But still i got a lot somehow? Luck was on my side i guess.
oh if it was in the conditions described then it was in really good conditions besides the low miles...anyways im sure you got like 2 thousands more maybe

you need a lowering kit lol suspensions/springs... about labor i think it may be something around $600...im not sure , i bought mines lowered already

you got a lot from the insurance.... i dnt think an 01 GT costs near 9000 unless u have valuable mods which insurance companies dnt usually care ...
