  • Cataluña is still Spain. It wants to become totally autonomous, but at the moment, it is still part of Spain. Una comunidad autónoma, sí, pero todavía parte de España. But I agree, there are more interesting parts of the city to visit. These are the main tourist areas though - Las Ramblas, the Maremagnum etc.

  • In Feb. I went on an 11 day trip to Spain and France. In France we just saw Paris but in Spain we went to Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza, Toledo and Calella. I really wish we had as much time in Barcelona as we did in Madrid- the city is so vibrant and interesting. But we only got to see the area around La Sagrada Familla and Parc Guell and shop at La Rambla. Your video brings me back to the trip- the vibe of the city is so unique.
