Apologies for that. I was being shown around by my uncle and aunt and they were showing me where the stage was going to be set for the Kirtan Samagam the day after.
I've posted a video of the Kirtan Samagam at the gurdwara and there are videos of other places around dist. Hoshiarpur. Please have a look.

It's in the Ludewal district of Mahilpur on the Shaheedan Road which leads to Moranwali village.
There's a large gate on the road near to the bus stand of Mahilpur.
