  • The Perrys chop the arrangement around too much and you dont get a chance to hear the power of the message.......Signature Sounds version flows far better and is far more tuneful, clear and harmonious...........

  • Calvary answers for me.

  • I like this version, but I have to say, I like The Perry's version way better.

  • This is an awesome song regardless of who sings it because the WORDs of the song are our story of grace. Now with that out of the way I have a "but" to input here. The other part of this is the way the song is put across. I can connect with the Perry's mainly because of their WORSHIP. That my friends is what seperates good and great from true and honest. Anyone can have a song and dance routine, hollywood has proved that.

  • Shane is the man. He is incredible.

  • This is a good version, I still don't think anyone does it better than the Perry's ... I am not a huge fan of Ernie Haase, but they do it ok ... Awesome message though, I get a little emotional listening to it no matter who is singing ... Thanks for posting

  • Hey man, do you know of any way to get this DVD? I have every one of their cd's and dvd's. I was even at a couple of their recording concerts, and I have always wanted this dvd. Basically for this song...any ideas?

  • The Perry's are good...but this group is the best around...

  • Love this song

    Nancy Gayle in Texas

  • Thanks for posting, I like the Joe Habedank and the Perry's on this one a little better however!!!!!!!

  • Doug has a very similar voice to Joseph Habedank who sings this now for the Perry's, It's close for me at which one is better.

  • Great job guys!!!

Any chance you'll redo this one?

  • Holy Crap! I didn't even know this existed! I <3 my Douggy...do you know where I could possibly find a copy of this DVD?!

  • When was this recorded - are these new members

    on the piano and lead

  • This was recorded in 2003, the first year that Signature Sound was together. The piano player is Garry Jones, who co-founded the group with Ernie Haase, and Shane Dunlap is singing lead. Both Garry and Shane left the group at the end of '03.

  • Thank God for Calvary!!

  • did you notice how the beginning of this song sounds just like the intro to Mary Knew by Brian Free & Assurance

  • Not bad, but the Perrys definately sing this song better. The best I've ever heard them sing it was on The Crabb fest 2003 dvd.

  • I like it but the Perrys do a better job.

  • They are pretty good on this song, I'll definitely have to admit that! Although, I do like the Perrys on this song more, I'm used to them on this song, too. They were the first I heard sing this song. But, SigSound does a good job too. I didn't know they even sang this song until a few minutes ago!

  • Good job. BUT ... wait until you hear TMT from Tomball, Texas, do it !!! WOW! Anointed!
