(at around 3:16 ) I remember having a TV like that when I was a kid. It was black and white with a handle on top and have a turning dial on the side with three sections you could tune into by sliding a button around. It eventually got stuck on PBS and we could only watch Barney on it and then we threw it out a few years after.
