Thanks so much for posting these "old school" bellydances; not only are they great dancers, but the camera work is so much better than on a lot of the new stuff I usually see - it doesn't cut so much, so we can actually see the whole dance!

Se studi danza del ventre dovresti sapere che nel mondo arabo esistono centinaia di stili di danza orientale...Mona al Said è considerata proprio dagli egiziani una delle più grandi danzatrici....ora se non è di tuo gusto sei libera di dirlo....ma non credo che tu ci faccia una bellissima figura a erigerti a giudice e decidere cosa è danza orientale e cosa non lo è....puoi solo dire che a TE non piace.....in ogni caso questo tuo commento resterà qua....

@AfghanAnimeGirl All cultures of dance step outside of their traditions to expand their knowledge and training. please keep in mind that this interpretation is of a southern African flavor and that Egypt is part of Africa. I find it very interesting that EVERY culture today is expanding their dances into include American hip hop so if I were to look at one of your countries artists who is experimenting with our culture and say that is not X countries dance then what?
