All you need to do to have the salvation that Jesus talked about is to believe that you are a sinner the same as every human ever born, believe that Jesus died for your sins to take your punishment, and that he arose from the dead to welcome you into Heaven. That's it. Nothing else. Nothing can take it away. How you live after that will determine your rewards in Heaven. Pray that prayer. You don't need a preacher to save you. You don't need a human church to save you. You can do it.

Isn't it amazing how this wacko preacher in the movie knows who is in Hell. He's making a point that even if you were saved if you commit murder then you go to Hell. That contradicts the salvation that Jesus talked about.  Salvation is forever no matter what. So this preacher claims to know the hearts of the murderers. No one knows where the murderers are.

What really bothers me about the christian myth of hell is that there is no way out, no matter how much you evolve as a person during your torment. And the idea that no evidence is presented other than the stories of the biblical profets during your lifetime.

It seems that gullibility is the only virtue needed to deserve heaven.

The Parable is about how the Jews had God "With them" for all these years. But now it is time for the Gentiles to have God "With Them"!
