put a mastering suit & a limiter on your master channel and you wont have problems clipping. though your individual channels can still bleed if you get them up to high

thats a midi board, or midi controller, midi keyboard they are used to plug to your computer with usb and work with software like ableton and fruity loops acid pro etc instead of using loops you make your own loops in hitting the pads etc.

l'opzione che cerchi si chiama edit quantize resolution.......diciamo che se anticipi o ritardi l'esecuzione te l'aggiusta in base alla suddivisione da te scelta......1/4 1/8  1/16 ecc....

no, but it helps. check out the korg nano series for some inexpensive devices like the one used in this video (mini keyboard / drum pad / volume controls)

everything you do seems to be quantized right after you play it. I've been searching how to do that but couldn't find. Or maybe you're really really accurate :p

IN Cubase there is a auto quantize you can turn on that snaps all note to the desired value you set. I am certain they have that in Ableton as well.

Easy, go to edit meny and choose record quantise and set it to some value that fits what you are playing. It will then snap to closest.
