The Melee sorc is REALLY fun to play, but sadly I stopped playing mine because of the update. The frost raptor in the second difficulty killed me in one hit (With just the splash damage from the celerity), even with fully maxed cold resistance >:\

I just downloaded the mod, my Barbarian is level 8 now. My inventar is loaded with unidentified items but I don't find any gold at all, and normal blue items often are only worth 1 or 2 gold, so I can't even afford to identify or repair my stuff.

How do you get gold in Median XL?

@RottenRroses gold should drop same as in classic d2.

@RottenRroses Rush trough the Den and Blood Raven quests, skip the Countess (which I found to be pretty hard anyway), and resque Cain. He'll still ID all your stuff. Before that, just identify yellow or gold, and pick up some mundane/socketed stuff to wear.

you have to find the gold in a port in act 5 you get like 1k-5k per kill with no gold find items and gold find items or char you'll get like 10k-15k per kill (gold)

@ae1337 Sorry Aerial, I let my friend who was interested in MXL use my computer to look up a few vids to see what the gameplay was like. I almost never log off of youtube and he post a comment about this. I just read my inbox like a week ago and I saw a few people yelling at me for something I never wrote and it confused me. lol ive been tring to make a melee necro but the only good melee weapon they get in the new version is the scythes and only good skill(melee) they have is angel of death but thats like leap attack so ive just been lookin at new skills or armor that give skills.
