  • Every bike has different clearances. Not by much but they are in fact differences. Just check with your motorcycles service manual for all correct factory measurements and specifications.

  • thx this was really helpfull. My crf250r has low compressing and i think the one of the valves gets stuck or stays open. Now i'm going to check clearance for the forst time on my bike. The formula you guys provides was amazingly helpfull it saved me alot fo researche. One question: are the intake/exhaust measurements the same for a 250 as for a 450 ?
