I'm pretty sure I saw a Little House episode clip where there was another boy, younger than Albert at that point (who was around 15 then I suppose) and it seemed as if that other boy too was part of the family but he's not in this video? I think his name was James or something... so who was he?

That was James He and his sister, Cassandra came to live with the Ingalls in Season 8.
