My problem is I'm not a self motivator.. n have no one to workout with that's gonna motivate me... So when i do workout I end up stopping Cus I get bored n with that become lazy.. shitt ain't easy cause if it was everybody be doin it
@solokidd203 nobody can give you some magical ingredient or words of inspiration that are gonna motivate you to work out. its hard work, nothing else. for what its worth, if you go to workout with the mindset "im lazy and am not gonna finish this workout", then no. you wont. if you go at it with "im so stoked to hit the bars!!" then your chances of finishing it are a lot higher.
am I the only one who doesn't think their bodies are the least bit impressive? I'll stick to gold's gym and to aesthetic proportions. All of these workouts are predominately for arms and the minor muscles used are back and very little chest. This is backwards.. Should be the other way around with the inclusion of legs.
I'm training in a McFit-gym in Austria since 3 months now and every time i see these videos during my workout, it makes me wanna train harder and push my own limits further - though i have a very long way to go...
@apauloc100 Make sure when your doing pull ups that your body is centered inbetween your hands. Go straight up, dont sway to either side. Hope this helps, peace.

@apauloc100 Probably because your left bicep is stronger and your right bicep cant keep up. Even if you're right handed your right bicep might be weaker than your left.
If this isn't the case then you are probably doing the exercise in a weir way that puts more stress on your right bicep than your left.
@apauloc100 are you right handed? If so you may be pulling up more with that hand than the other one, so that side is doing more work. Measure your biceps once a week for a month to find out if one is more developed than the other, do more work with your left arm to even up and when you're pulling up feel out for one side working harder than the other
