I've had mine for awhile now and love it. It really is quite good for $13 from toys'r us on-line store. and it comes with the Psychic Paper too! I've used to check the Magnetic Strips in Money and it works as a counterfeit bill detector! I've taken mine out to the bar and had a blast checking people for stains with the U.V. light too... eveyone wanted to play with it.
I was in New York City on April 19th for Comic Con and was able to go to the Toys R Us on 42nd St and indeed found a pretty decent supply of Sonic Screwdrivers. I'd be willing to bet that Toys R Us would be a good place to search.
To date I have never seen a Sonic Screwdriver, or any Doctor Who items in a regular store here in America. The one in the video came from a small place in Flemington NJ called Comics & Collectibles. I would suggest looking at collectibles shops or comic book shops perhaps.
That's simple. I have my Daleks steal Time Lord technology and try to reverse engineer it in order to use it against the Doctor. Know your enemy.

The sound it makes is really cheap. it's sounds like a door bell. It should sound like a like a high fluttering ring.

Great review, but how do you put the batteries in? I've got one, but have no idea how to put the batteries in.
Please help, as there doesn't seem to be any videos showing how to do so. (And I have no instructions.) Thanks in advance, doctorwho11.

I will make a video with instructions on how to replace the batteries within the next few days.

If you watch part 1 of the season 3 finale with the Master, it does extend.
GodOfAllDaleks 4 years ago
does the one in the show really extend???
bajascorpian117 4 years ago
yes, i think the third last episode of the third season in the new series, the episode called utopia, the doctor extends it
