The instructions are right at the beginning. Hershel give easy to understand demonstrations, is patient and teaches all ages. He'll pick you up where you're staying and also rents a B&B in the rainforest. He sings his wonderful reggae tunes in the car and can even hook you up with his mom's delicious vegetarian cooking. I can't recommend him enough. Some of my best memories from Costa Rica are of this awesome instructor.
