No problem with mixcraft and guitar rig ? you record guitar on pc directly ? no amp ?

Very good! Is almost time for a string change? Cuz when you bar the 12th fret on the last 2 strings I get a rusty sound. Other then that 5/5!

Yes,i check this same thing too ! On the 12th fret the tuning of the high strings is lowered.
