@TheTechGuider Not suppose to have a show car finish on it. This is the finish that it was intended to have semi gloss paint. in person the box changed colors . Green , blue, slight purple. and was sweet These are all automotive paints. Dupont Chroma base . base coat clear coat. Check out some of the other builds if you want to see how my custom paint jobs look like those are on my flared ported Enclosures.

I was into car audio since I was 12. I wanted a Radio for my moms car for Xmas . I didnt want toys . I took apart some home speakers . cut some wood and built a deck in the back window of the car adding all subs and tweeters from the home speakers. LMAO yeah I had no clue what I was doing .KEEP IN MIND WE HAD HUGE CARS BACK THEN... But it sounded pretty damn good. Got my bad ass KRACO Head unit i wanted lol.. this was the start for me ..

i think it is still a MDF 3/4.. he just cut lines so it can be bent.. sir.. can u teach me the size of the spaces of each line?.. thanks.. and usually how many lines does it have to be to be bend 45 degrees?.. thanks ^^

@ majacorn28 I think its called wiggle board, it 3/8 thick and bends very easily, after u make ur first bend, u double it up to make it stronger

Gorgeous flare dude, that's what i'd call doin it right. Quick question, any reason the box is tuned all the way up at 37hz? You're going to need a fairly good subsonic filter to protect the speakers.

That's primmer. All my paints are dupont chroma base coat clear coat. These are all automotive paints. If you don't primmer MDF wood it soaks the paint up like a sponge .and looks very bad..@BassDemon420

my w7 is in a 6^ box with twin ports, I looked at the t210s and it takes 5 of them to equal the air displacement of 1 13W7. can my box be larger? oh, and that is one great lookin hunk of mdf too. hope this is you full time gig cause you are an artist. beautiful

Thanks for the comps man ... although it looks big well ok it is .but not that big about 9.5 with dual ports as there is 2 of equal size one on each end with the wall bracing to cut down on vibrations and dbl baffle ..this box was buillt to spec for 3 RF T210s ... 12 or 15s would not have worked in this box... 12 would fit but sounded that great.

This is so very true. and my point .these are dual 4 ohms so for 3 subs I'm at a 2.67 load . The T1000 at 4 ohms is 500 watts at 2 ohms is 750 and 1 is 1000 so 2.67 is I say around 650 700 watts yes these sub are beasts he was suppose to get a T2000 for this build but we put the T1000 at the 2.67 untile he bought it. But wow he didn't want to get anymore power it was hitting so hard his truck was falling apart ..
