I already shot a target at 250 yards with different combinations of weapons, m4a1 full metal jacket ammo without a rear sight, sniper rifle without any sights at all, and a 9mm pistol with the sights.

Marine Corps boot camp is usually accepted as the most difficult when compared to the others, but I think the Special Operations training is pretty even between Army and USMC, though I wouldn't know first hand. I do know that Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC) is not currently accepting anyone under E-4(Corporal), so you'd have to wait a while if you went Marines.
