in a world without air resistance, yes. But you would no doubt beat a baseball to the ground if you pencil dived because you have less drag and more mass. If you flattened out, belly down then it would beat you because there is more resistance agains you than there is against it.

also depends on terminal velocity. Humans have a much higher terminal velocity than a baseball. So unless you could flatten yourself out enough to not go faster than about 73-95mph (the terminal velocity of a baseball) I'm pretty sure you'd hit the ground first.
