Police think they are above Law and By the way they own the Law.. Because they are the ones who write the Report they will write what ever they want and Fix the general Public. On the seen or at any given time they should be 2 officers in uniform with they CAP on. When the officer removes his or her CAP they are counted as not on DUTY at the time. We know the Truck driver is facing TON'S of charges. Please not that in Kenya POLICE IS ALWAYS RIGHT and general PUBLIC IS ALWAYS WRONG.

This young man deserved a thorough beating after having beaten the cop with a stone. offense: resisting arrest, obstructing a cop on duty, battery, fleeing from the scene of crime. He is lucky to be alive and deserves a long jail sentence.
