actually there is a muscle buster scroll but the one spining around the guys neck is lucha, and muscle buster doesn't spin around your neck it grabs your feet then spins you and throws.

gemfighter is in korea and in korean language also gets their scrolls and exocore like a year or 2 before rumble fighter and rumble fight is in america and in english language
