Traxxas really need to re-release this model, especially since they now have their brushless system. Or even XL5 version. It would help resurrect an old style, revamp it, kinda like what they did with the Bandit, Rustler, and Stampede.
convert it to FWD and have some CRAZY traction fun on the driveway. I got mine (everything incl) for $40 and LOVE it. thinking of upgrading the motor and batteries
Learn to spell. Though, Electric will get the launch over a Nitro. Brushless motors have less friction, so they'll spin faster, allowing the vehicle to go faster.
My electric Rustler with MM5700 and 12 cells pushes 60 MPH. My 4-Tec with the same system goes over 40 on 6 cells. On 12 cells I haven't been able to reach full speed, but it's at least 70...

its just electric thats why it costed like nothing. Those electrics can barely do over 30 with the stock motor.
