This is an amazing young lady. The Earth Star ascention is knowledge way beyond most people. I came of this understanding when I was a lightworker. I did this in the late 90s-early 2000s. My knowledge of non-substantiality expanded many fold. But as Megan was 11 last year that makes her 12 now. So I was learing and doing this when she was born! And to comment on recycling being just another industry ceating polution is so insightful and wise. I am just now, re-awakening to the light mission.
What is your opinion on whether we can live without food, as in our light bodies form. I think it would be easier for me to not eat and meditate, then eat more fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables doesn't satisfy my physical body tummy. I like the taste, but they don't feel me up. Kind of leaves a cramp in my tummy. Makes me think that is maybe my stomach adjusting to something non toxic.

What this proves is that a young child is impressionable and can repeat very well whatever their parents told them. you should make your own vegteble and fruit juices.... preservatives if not needed as well lower ascension rates. Green juices are great for the lunch. Blend together beet, spinich, brocoli, blue-green algae, maca, carrot. You get a semi-sweet fully vegetable mix. For the morning fruit juices jump start the day a little better. This is an amazing young lady. The Earth Star ascention is knowledge way beyond most people. I came of this understanding when I was a lightworker. I did this in the late 90s-early 2000s. My knowledge of non-substantiality expanded many fold. But as Megan was 11 last year that makes her 12 now. So I was learing and doing this when she was born! And to comment on recycling being just another industry ceating polution is so insightful and wise. I am just now, re-awakening to the light mission.

What is your opinion on whether we can live without food, as in our light bodies form. I think it would be easier for me to not eat and meditate, then eat more fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables doesn't satisfy my physical body tummy. I like the taste, but they don't feel me up. Kind of leaves a cramp in my tummy. Makes me think that is maybe my stomach adjusting to something non toxic.

Like this kid but the suggestion with the juices..i'd be careful with that. i got obsessed with drinking juices and water. now i think i have an ulcer in my throat from the acidity in them. so now i have to cut back on juice :( everyone's different though. but i definitely got bad acid reflux or something. i'm convinced it was the juice though.

What this proves is that a young child is impressionable and can repeat very well whatever their parents told them. The content of what is being said tells us more about the parents beliefs than that of the 11 yr old child. Anyone who believes in the "star children" phenom have been tricked. So, she's admtting she wants to be somebody, and is learning as much as she can. You can tell she reads the V-8 label and it's really not good for you as it's loaded with too much salt, canned, processed, and better than no vegetables at all, but fresh raw juice would be the answer, not V-8, phew, I spit it out....

and if you dont like veggies, try making your own smoothies. Start with a banana, blend it with water in a blender. add another frozen fruit, some greens (like spinach or lettuce or kale), and some raw carrots, raw squash, zuccini ect. mix it all up and drink it. its sooo goood!

A really healthy diet would be 40% meats, fish, diary and 60% raw vegetables, fruits and nuts.
I eat more meat during the winter and because i belong to the north European ethnic group i need more meat to function correctly, since our ancestors where pastoral.
a good idea is to eat carrots, because they are a root vegetable rich in nutisional products, but without starch. Starch, salt and sweets are bad, this means that too much fruits is also bad.

Ever since i started eating more meat i feel stronger, healther, more at peace, smarter, i lost almost 20 kilo's and i don't have diarea.
I did suffer from constipation, so i changed the amount of meat to 40%: which i now believe is the healthiest amount.

you should make your own vegteble and fruit juices.... preservatives if not needed as well lower ascension rates. Green juices are great for the lunch. Blend together beet, spinich, brocoli, blue-green algae, maca, carrot. You get a semi-sweet fully vegetable mix. For the morning fruit juices jump start the day a little better. I like citrus with bannana. Pineapple, passion fruit, bannana. Then to spice it up some acai and yucon. Having a healthy life is the first step to the truth.
