  • sam macbook pro, no problems yet.

  • When you look at their prices and then hear about their service, it makes you wanna cry blood! Have a friend who was told that the reason his hard drive clicked was because apple made some really intelligent drives (won't go into details, but the way they said it worked isn't even possible!) Total BS!! Btw. apple don't even make their own disks! lie no. 2! Seagate and WD does! :( hope you received a brand new mac! As new as it is, a repair don't seem fair! especially considering the wait!

  • years*

  • @THEMAN9851 Not true. Macs do get viruses. Macs also come with better hardware because you can't modify the equipment without breaking it. While yes, it may be user friendly, being user friendly isn't everything. I actually dislike the whole user friendly thing. Also, Macs run the same amount of power as a PC. Not environmentally friendly. And if you were smart, and bought a PC, you would know how to keep a PC in top shape, and have no need to throw it out or sell it. I've had the same PC 7 yea

  • Anything apple sucks now. Shame! It used to mean something other than stupid fanboys.

  • Return that POS and buy a Clevo thats twice as powerful as that aluminum brick!

  • It the battery retards

  • Pro Sucks!

  • your a pc user, u dont know how to use a mac

  • @THEMAN9851 First of all, it's YOU'RE. I'll overlook your use of the "u". Second of all, don't assume pc users don't know how to use a mac. Macs are designed to be used by retards. Any monkey with half a brain can use one.

  • @Izabual macs r simple(like u proved), quick, and environment friendly, they dont get viruses, u can sell it on ebay fr more then u paid fr it, and r user friendly, but pcs get viruses, they're slow, not environment friendly, not user friendly, not simple, and u cant sell it on ebay for more than u paid fr it

  • overheating issue

  • everything in that computer is made in china. it costs 43 dollars to make, and they sell it for 1200. im not kidding. because idiots who buy them only buy them because they look cool. stick with pc.

  • stick wit pc

  • Here is the Mac, "just working." I always got a kick out of their tagline, but for some reason, their shit gives me nothing but problems. Looking forward to Windows 7 and already loving Vista. If I were you I would sell it on ebay or something and use that money to get a much better Windows laptop.

  • Simple solution. Just had His Royal Steveness some MORE MONEY.

  • Its because you are in Europe. Apple doesn't care about their European customers because you make up such a small percentage of their sales.

  • hahahahahaaa

  • and thats why you go pc. because pc stands for 96% of the computers in the world. they care about everyone. thats how it should be.

  • i've been a mac user for over 11 years now their support & quality has been perfect with me

  • hehe, i always was a fan of apple. but the quality of their products aren`t that good than some years ago. and the support is just awful. now apple doesn`t stand any longer for good quality but rather for a lifestyle that´s only cool for the little paris hilton with their fashionable i-pod.

it´s a pity because apple was a brand that stands for quality.

  • its a problem with the battery most likely. do a pram reset. while restarting the computer, press and hold down: command, option, p and r before the chime. there will be the first chime, and a second louder one. see if that helps

  • that'll be 400 dollars. haha pathetic. GO DELL! 3 year replacement warranty standard even though i havent used it yet, and my comp. is more powerful than any mac out there.

  • While Apple support is far from the greatest, a lot of times, it's like going into a store and just having bad employees. My experience with my local apple store has been positive, but you should try calling Applecare, because you have a better chance of getting your problem resolved or your MacBook replaced.

    Good luck~

  • you are right, some employees are really friendly and some are really bad - but in my experience all of them have no clu at all and no technical background knowloege of the hardware...

  • no one in the apple corperation does. their vision of repairs are 1, hard reset, 2 restore, and if that doesnt work 3, that'll be 1000 dollars please.

  • had the same problem with my new macbook. that really sucks - suppurt is lousy... apple? - never again!!!!

  • yeah, since apple has become an music player pruducer :)

  • @zwischenistmeter What is Suppurt? Do you mean support? Maybe they knew what you were talking about they could help you. LOL
