hey there! i LOVE this cassette! my parents used to play this alot, when i was a child. grew up to this! AWESOME AWESOME ALBUM! PRAISE GOD! Do you have the song "the love of God?"
sadly, just about all his gospel albums are out of print. they had great production and arrangement by George Duke. those albums are just as good as the earth wind and fire records in my opinion.
woo hoo, thanks ioxxd90 :-) looking forward to it. i would say that it's played in my head for over hmmm 12 or 13 years since i lost the cassette tape. i'm excited!
While Philip Bailey is best known as the falsetto voice behind Earth, WInd and FIre, it's his gospel albums that tend to go relatively unnoticed. I remember this album in 86 and like most of his solo efforts, Philip never disappoints.
Great Song!!! Thanks for posting. I have been looking for songs off this album for the longest. I purchased this tape when I was in the army in Germany 87 - 89, It so great to hear this song again. This is a very good gospel album. Suprised it didn't get more recognition.
hi! do you have a copy of "marvelous" and "the love of God"? can you upload it here if you have? many thanks...
