No, it is actually Blue Sky. This story is related to Hokuto no Ken/Fist of the North Star, but it is named differently. Also, the Kenshiro of this series is a more or less close relative of Hokuto no Ken's Kenshiro.

This Kenshiro is the older brother of Ryuken, the adoptive father/sensei of Kenshiro, Roah, Toki, and Jagi.
