@sollows1 Unfortunately, it's a huge problem on the Metro system.

I have ridden that one twice. The last time, it actually smelled decent whereas the first time was the typical public urinevator.

Thanks for posting this. Some of my friends who works at Metro's headquarters rides this elevator.  When I go to the meetings at Metro, I too ride this elevator. When I spot an elevator malfunction, I notify my volunteer supervisor and she too works in the office that is on the north side of the platform. To see the office, you have to walk east to the eastern Man Powered Elevator which it too is a Montgomery.
