This 1 is hugely old, i saw this in my childhood.
In fact i think the nowadays people need more this style of gov's adverts, due the selfishness is infinitivily increasing.

They need to be aggressive on these ads, I think. It grab people's attention. Gross-out ads are the only way, I think.

Thanks for uploading this, I think HK people over 25 yrs old will not forget this piece. Yet GIS stands for Governmental Information Service, which is an organization under HK government for publicity purposes and to produce PSAs, so they aren't Greenpeace-like, just their styles are quite aggressive for the pre-1997 ads. =) Two thumbs up!!
