You first had to say you had to have downloaded a song to your computer. Then you should of said run your mouse over where it says 'ringtones' and look where it says tools. Then below that create your own. Im not even sure if this is free because it says 'Your mp3 cart: $0.00 (0 items)' Meaning some or all items are priced.
