goldy if you really wanna workout and get in shape i would recommend either insanity or p90x. ive done p90x 3 times and am starting p90x2 and have gotten great results. you dont need a gym membershio all you need is dumbells or resistant bands and a chin up/pull up bar.

If you search up 'How to build a computer newegg', they have 3 videos on how to build one, what to look for, etc. You can also go to this website: 'kbmod (dot) com' and go on the forum and ask for help. And for the money, it really depends on what you'll be doing with the PC. If ure just going to game on it, then $650+ would be nice, spend more if you want better graphics and performance.

Also, you need to adjust some things in Windows 7 for your SSD, so it runs faster and so on, just google it. Turn off hibernate mode and all that stuff.
