Im in the process of finishing up the wiring and noticed that there may not be a capacitor in his final product. Did he remove the capacitor as well or is it still connected??

Ive been looking into colloidal silver via the arc method, and I saw info about Microwave oven transformers, and there are advanced versions, but all are out of my price range.
