No, it isn't, it looks different when it's that. It's just her lips than don't move exaclty where they should sometimes but u don't see delay in the arm movements (& eyes, face, etc) Her arms also move strangely, I don't think there's a guitar there at all.

Anyway, nice voice & nice version, it's only that this "homemade lipsync" seems too obvious. If she's working with her band, this vid simply implies she didn't know how to fake a lipsynch vid but she wanted to use that voice recording.
