This is why Forza is better. GT5 can boast it has 1,000 cars, but 800 of them look like they were just pulled from GT4 on the PS2. Forza 4 will launch with over 500 cars, all of the same graphic quality, and they're planning loads of DLC as well. Forza looks better, sounds better, and feels better. The AI is smarter, the tracks are more realistic, and the online support is bigger. Herp the derp, GT5.
I'd rather have polyphony make more of their vehicle models premium than have them waste their time over some stupid looking damage. If there's one thing I like about forza over gt5 is that I can use the outside-view when racing. In gt5 I can't stand it
@BoilerPainTrainBTFU yep. the engine sounds in GT5 are pathetic. I own a 800HP corvette ZR1 & it sounds like a turbocharged hair dryer...hell even my toyota corolla in Forza 3 sounds better.

Sooo let me get this straight. We have waited 5 years for a new physics engine and 200 new cars? That is pathetic... and they sound exactly like they do in GT4. Great. Really good going guys. That's it. I'm buying a 360.
@nathanisthefisher In Forza 3 they used similar models for the cars from 1 and 2, that is correct, but they all had 10 times the polycount (in photomode), 4 times the texture resolution and interiors. And the interiors, while the shading was bad (they improved it for the Forza Kinect demo at E3), were very detailed. I had no problems reading the buttons etc. in photomode.
Forza 2 (didn't play the first) already had better sound effects than GT4 and the cars in Forza 3 sound even better.
@nathanisthefisher I will however also say this (reached the limit in the last post), the premium cars in GT5 look FRIGGIN' SWEET and if there is a game that would make me buy a PS3 then that's the game.

Great graphic! but ...until we actually play it, we won't know whether the game is worthwhile to wait almost six years.
