I can see the loss. I know you want to trim the hip and thigh area down and we are always harder on ourselves than anyone else could be when it comes to weight, but I wouldn't be to concerned with that area outside of toning it up because despite what the charts tell us on how much we should weigh body structure differs as body frames differ.
