This fellow means well but he's naive. "We the people" is a meaningless phrase in the Constitution. The important part of the preamble is "...to OURselves and OUR posterity." Who? OUR selves. Who else? OUR posterity. Look up posterity in Black's Law - "Those persons who are in the blood stream of the ancestor." Did you sign the CONstitution? Of course not. You're not named. Therefore, you're not a party to it. Basic contract. You can claim sovereignty but the CONstitution is NOT your remedy.
