How to edit templates in Adobe After effects

I know you just answer a question of someone, but I think that we shouldn't use Video Copilot Tutorials as "Templates", it's more interesting to create it by following the tutorial than just downloading the projects files and modify the texts.

To get better on After Effects, do it by yourself!
