Even then I could only do a couple of these when I first tried them, This was shot after about 6 weeks of practice. Form breaks down as I go,,,but even doing "leg lifts" like this is very hard.
More like leg raises ,done to a hard level. I would say correct form would be legs straight and in line with your back all the way to vertical. Great work though. I can only do 15 with strict form.
do you have to touch the floor with your heel or do you have to just bring your legs down as close as you can?

i wonder how much he weighs. im 210 and i can do 10 solid dragon flags with good form.
