  • Excellent perfromance, but you must absolutely must drop some advice on how to be so fit at 50!

  • @rmsolympic1rmsolympic1 Thanks, I was blessed with good genetics, I've kept pretty close to my college weight (6'3 190#) and my workouts are done at a high intensity. Even then I could only do a couple of these when I first tried them, This was shot after about 6 weeks of practice. Form breaks down as I go,,,but even doing "leg lifts" like this is very hard.

  • i wonder how much he weighs. im 210 and i can do 10 solid dragon flags with good form.

  • More like leg raises ,done to a hard level. I would say correct form would be legs straight and in line with your back all the way to vertical. Great work though. I can only do 15 with strict form.
