I've got no doubt that it is so. but one should always be careful when they show videos, show the ufo's. Unfortunately there are too many ignorant and idiot who construct their films, just to pull the whole thing ridiculous. shame because this topic is so important but it relates to the entire mankind and its development. i know that tey are here, i have contact them.
Im sorry but it's a balloon, they sometimes float stationary depending on whether the wind is moving below it or with it, I've even seen grocery bags way up in the air do this.

When you see weird crap like that, you blink your eyes hard, record it in your mind, then search for someone lucky enough to video it and put it online. Ok firstly if you see something in the sky and you dont know what it is then Yes its a UFO, Unidentified Flying Object, thats all the term applys to, A ufo can be many things, Secondly time date and location of this happening Third In touch with Air Traffic they can tell you if there was anything in the Air at that time location. Until then, well yes its a UFO in the fact of it flying and you dont know what it is, but it could be anything. I want to belive but I need the Proof first

Evening of Monday August 11th I saw what I thought was either a stealth F-117A nighthawk or the B-2, over the bronx. It was flying high altitude. I cummute on the LIRR to NYC and there has been high altitude activity all week.
There are other videos of the same object- so it seems to me. The other video also contains a video expert whom digitally recreated the object in a 3d program using the video. I thought it was searchable as seahorse ufo, but it isnt... Ill keep looking for that video.

The photo was taken far away so the object must have been quite large. I didn't notice it till I got it home, typical saucer shape. Also I was video taping a thunderstorm and got a couple frames where something that look like a UFO flew across the screen. Not sure what they are, but it's interesting none the less.

It has a parabolic shape on one side and something that flashes which is not a reflection. We're seeing a lot more balloon crafts lately.
