When people say "just kick him", they need to realize that Chucky just doesn't run up to your face and start stabbing, he waits until you are vulnerable. Every time he attacks outright, he does get his ass kicked, just look at the toy factory scene in Child's Play 2.

@Hallinilla9 It's still the same old Chucky, but i see were you are coming from. A remake sounds cool but then when they remake sometimes they screw it all to hell. An exampler is "Halloween" it kept the same characters but the story was wacked, in the original he was scary because he had no reason for what he did, he just liked to kill, in the new one you fell bad for him. Or they'll do what the did on the remake of "Nightmare on Elm Street" where they add scenes from the diffirent movies in 1
