  • nice riding, i'm always afraid of gravel on a road like that. i had a big accident in 05 and have learned to ride a little more cautiously than i used to!

  • That's Toc of TocTuning, he seems a little fearless, it's pretty obvious if you have seen the ice riding video's of him on the same bike on a frozen lake with studs. It's impressive to say the least.

I (Grimm) went down really hard in August last year, tank slapper at pretty high speed and then tumbled over 400ft of dry asphalt. I ride with much more care now that I have been down that road also.

Slow and safe is better than fast and dead any day that your on a motorcycle. ;-)

  • I live in wisconsin and I know some ice tire fanatics! My buddy swears he gets better traction with his f4i and studded tires on ice than slicks on dry pavement.

  • nice save

  • Toc riding his CBR, teh guy is a loonatic with gravel and slippery stuff. He's building a 1985 ZX600A ice racer to take out for filming over the next few months, this save may be the prelude to a bunch more if he does go through with his (I think) crazy idea of running a road bike on ice, studded tires or not that's asking for trouble.

Thanks for the comment. I watched your vid again and your seca sounds great!
