The tenon's thickness is perfect for the job in this video.
With this jigs, you can make the tenon any thickness that you want.

It's by far the best jig I seen to make tenons, mine is almost finished. Simply the best.

Thanks for posting -- a great idea for accurately making tenons with inexpensive tools.
Let me nitpick a little by saying the proper pronunciation is "tenon", not "tenyon".

let me nitpick even more by saying that English is a highly regional and dialectal language, so he can pronounce Tenon any way he pleases! Please don't take offense, just havin some fun!

Some folk say 'tenant' because it 'resides' in the mortice! But maybe that's incorrect 'cos it doesn't pay rent., and it should be there forever! :)
