Not fixed i just bought it last night through steam and i keep getting a error message when GFWL wont download the patch, i need to do open exe.setup and create a shortcut and then put some stuff in target but dont know how to do it, can even find the damn exe.setup folder to make a shortcut for it.

I'd like to point out that you forgot to mention that if you pause the game, then you'll get a little menu type thing that shows the characters moves and there fatalities. It's nothing big, but it's just a cool thing that's a must know.

Bought the game 1 hour ago...well not only there are no players ever online but the palette is permanently fucked up. To make things worse, you just cannot play versus another person with a keyboard as there is NO OPTION to do that. But the worst of all is that, even if you play on Steam, you have to log in with your Windows Live account. Personally I don't think there will ever be adequate words to describe how lame this is if not these ones: DO NOT BUY THIS GAME AND KAILLERA 4 EVER

I bough UMK3 before it got taken down. I was pissed off that it was released without permission or something issue like that and had to be removed. I hate that i bough this game and got UMK3 again -___-. I also hate that i DID NOT read any reviews before buying the game. You scared me from your previous video of this topic. I just found out that noone or any THING told me about this game. There were no announcments or ads about this game sadly. but idc, i get to play MK again :)

@commanderbdokey2 UMK3 was removed when Midway went out of business in 2009 and sold the MK rights to Warner Bros. They had to remove the game and wait until everything was transferred to Warner Bros. Warner Bros. never put it back up and instead held it for this release. But yeah, the game was busted for four months until they finally patched it. Don't worry. It's much better now.

@da1stegr Thanks! I love Mortal Kombat. I was looking forward to the Kollection for months and was disappointed when it released so broken. I thought about how thankful I was that I saw the PS3 version early to see how broken it was and made my original video to stop people from wasting their money. The original UMK3 was never patched, so I feared this wouldn't be either. Thankfully, it was so no problems now. Play on. And thanks again.

@AnEternalEnigma I remember when I was 13 back in 92 and everyone was playing street fighter 2 and I was destroying lots of people back then at the arcades. But when Mortal kombat came out then in mid 92 I had no idea I mean no idea that it would go to this extent. I mean they have like 9 or ten versions now and who would have thought that the mortal kombat franchise would make it this long. I' still only play mk1 and 2 but the first is my favorite & nothing can top it IMO.

i play this game cause i can't play the new ones on pc.. but if you have 360 or ps3 why the hell would you play this and not the new one? don't get me wrong i'm not some punk kid that's too young to remember these.. i used to play mk2 when it came out but for some reason i just barely beat mk1 and now on mk2 i can't get past the second fight.. it's annoying!! and why did this kollection not include mk4??? at least i can play that one blidfolded on master2

@PaulXPZ MK2 is one of the hardest fighting games of all time. It has a difficulty at least as hard as MK3 with no combos. I've beaten MK2 once and it took me 9 hours. The combos really make MK3 one of the most enjoyable MK's ever released.

@Luigi84289 Dude you are spot on i always thought that aswell, like maybe they messed up on MK2 and accidentally made it too hard....like even VERY EASY is hard as fuck when you get past the first couple of people....its the funnest game along with 3 and 1 but its incredibley hard to learn the bots....in the first one, jumping back, and jumping foward to kick them will 90% of the time work....in MK2 i couldnt find a certain pattern to beat them, they react to anything you do.

@STAGFAN1234 Early 90's arcade titles man. That's what makes them fun you have to develop your skill unlike most of what comes out today where you can make the game just let you beat it. I remember guys using game genie to get past Kintaro in MK2 on the genesis. The first thing you have to do if you are new to oldschool MK is find who works for you the one that feels right. For me it's Scorpion I dominate with him.

LOL, good stuff man, the game only recently got released in Europe though so I don't know how it was beforehand, but it can still get pretty laggy (though that might be due to international matchmaking), it's pretty solid otherwise.
