I've been trying to make buttercream roses for a while now, but I notice when I use the wilton recipe for stiff buttercream the roses crack, and I can't figure out how to get frosting with consistency like yours. What should I do?

@ChipsTheOrigamiLemon Most likely the frosting is cracking because the frosting is too thick. Add a little corn syrup to thin it out, maybe 1-2 tablespoons. This will thin it out, and allow for some flexibility.
