Thank you, thank you, thank you Piers Morgan for being one of the few interviewers of Michael Moore I've ever viewed who actually allowed the man to speak. You asked appropriate questions, you allowed him to complete his thoughts. It is so annoying to me the way that most broadcasts are always so "out of time". Who decides this? I always like listening to Michael Moore, but he is wrong about Chinese students - they need to pay for Higher Education, and fees are going up because there is more demand than places available,despite a huge expansion. Yes - UK students take out repayable loans, but these are not repayable until earnings reach over £20k, and at 60 any outstanding balance is scrapped. In essence, it's a graduate tax.

That is something a controling government can do with things like standardize tests. Schools must do well on standardize test to receive funds so they are force to teach a certain set of information instead of teaching kids analytical thinking.
