Yeah, although I don't mind the movie, I think reading his works is definitely the best thing and it gives more pleasure. Moreover, you cannot make movies on his works, as it was done, because many elements such as reiteration couldn't be reproduced as well and accurately as in his writings. I'm going to talk about his influence and the several interpretations which were given in the 20th century for my degree.

That movie was wild. The whole cast is great. Kate Winslet is so beautiful and I love Geoffrey Rush. Somebody I also like is Stephen Moyer. He plays on my show True Blood.

He's the greatest French satirist author (1740-1814). His works are deep and formally perfect. He shouldn't be reduced to a common pornographer like the ones of our times. Pornographer is also too reductive term because besides sexual pervertions, it's about philosophy, society, politics and individuals are depicted within a social context analyzing their psychological aspects. Suggestion: Better reading his works, possibly in French (if you know it), than watching movies about them.
