  • COK GUZEL !!!!!!

  • old and wise turkish man said "we are the same shit in deep blue"

  • kalos ta fasistronia...

  • TO BAGLAMA SAZ INAI 100% TOYRKIKO DEN INAI OUTE ELLINIKO ALA OUTE BYZANTINO KAI OUTE LEGETE TAMPOURAS.AMA THELETE OMOS MPOREITE NA PATE STIN TOYRKIA KAI NA AGORASETE OSA SAZIA THELETE DEN IPARXI PROBLIMA.

  • The Saz is made in turkey in the 15th Century and in the 17th Century comes the Baglama Saz from the Alevi Turks. The Greek Bozouki is the son of the Baglama and comes Out in the middle of the 17 Century. SO ITS NOT STOLEN AND MUSIC LIKE THIS CANT BE STOLEN, ONLY LISTEN AND ENJOY THIS AND DO NOTHING LIKE SAYING "iits Stolen", when you Said this, your are Not a Human .

  • @AyFacePictures The Greek bouzouki is from the Tamboura, not the Baglama.

  • People should never politicize music. It is something which transcends national boundaries and defies even the age old Greek/Turkish rivalry.

  • All of the musical influence of turkey in regards to the the bouzouki and saz were from Greek occupied areas during the turkish occupation of Greece. The music originated in Byzantine times in Constantinople.......which by the way is Greek territory.............everything the turks have is stolen from the greeks.......ΖΗΤΩ Η ΕΛΛΑΔΑ !!!!!!!!!!

  • @airkougias Dont be a fool.. the saz and similar instruments are played from East turkistan (West China) to Balkan..I dont think that it is stolen from someone. Saz is for everyone who wants to play... a greek friend of mine plays it better then me =)

  • turkish music is the best music in the world!

  • I feel in this song 2 parts..turkish and greek not only one!!

  • Das ist einfach nur genial

  • bravvvvvvooooooooooooooooo

  • greeks still may use the saz in rarer occasions such as traditional music, or teaching byzantine music (mainly for purposes of religious chanting-although the orthodox church strictly forbids instruments other than the human voice in rituals); that's because these styles actually use spaces less than semitone. One could also say in a sense that the scales of music are of greek invention because they were the first to produce the theory. The arabs and the westerners based their system on that.

  • @nazwraios1

    Excellently put:

"Stringed instruments were invented in an era when nations as we know them did not exist, thus there is no meaning in the question "which country did it come from""

All lute-like string instruments eventually descended from the ancient Sumerians anyway (pandur).

Now let's listen to this great music!

  • Stringed instruments were invented in an era when nations as we know them did not exist, thus there is no meaning in the question "which country did it come from". The turks use in their folk music a wide variety of these instruments which are all the same basic concept with trivial alterations affecting merely the sound chrome and style. The greeks lately (20th century) adopted the bouzouki, which retains the main structure but follows the occidental 12-semitone scale division;

  • @kamilierikos no turkish saz-baglama descended from central asian kopuz

  • The MAIN difference is that the TURKISH SAZ HAS A QARTER TONE, whereas most Greek bouzoukis HAVE NOT. That is the key difference between all Eastern instruments like the Saz, Baglama, Bouzoq, Ud etc... and Western instruments THE ALL IMPORTANT QUARTER TONE without which you cannot play most Eastern Maqams.

  • Haydeeeee!!!! Cok gusel !!

  • Gr8 sound! Well, it makes so sense and it s not important but Saz must be Turkish... the same applies to Baglama and Bouzouki, the names are not Greek for sure...

  • Greek or turkish is it so important? I love baglama and "mpouzouki". It´s music and music should be our way to freedom and friendship.

    Cok güzel, poli kala

  • Bravo sou

  • @Officer79 i agree there are just a few individuals from both sides that still keep the dying flame of hatred between the greeks and turks alight

these people should just get over it and see how similar our cultures are

  • @Officer79 its not important i love both

  • @prelude94

it is certain u need some history lessons , we do remember 1453 and if you too remember it then it is proven that all so called "turkish" instruments and music come from Byzantine. when the people known today as Turkish came to Byzantine(Asia Minor)learnt how to play music and constract instruments from the former inhabbitants who as all the world knows were scions of ancient greeks

P.S. u do not need to be hostile , i don't think you really have something against greeks , do you..

  • @Audiodiver dear friend, you are right about some point(so called turkish instruments). but kopuz [baglama(saz)] is turkish. this instrument is not so called turkish. it is real turkish and came from center of asia. please search linguistic rude of these words: kopuz, baglama.

  • Is there some difference between turkish and greek music?

    I Listen to both.

Where is the difference betwenn Greek and turkish saz? Do you know that=?

I am very interested and there is nobody who can answer my questions.

  • Similar music....

    the saz is turkish.

Many greeks enjoy playing the turkish saz.

  • saz is the comman instrument between greeks and turks and also there is no different. But playing style is different. in greek melody commanly they use half notes (bozuk düzen-incorrect stye--bouzuki take its name) turks use many different types include bozuk düzen.

  • @HARDROCKRAMMSTEINFAN there are not big differences between greek and turkish traditional musics... both kinds of music are based on byzantine music. As musicologists says,Byzantine music is the progress of ancient greek music. We have the same base...so... the same echochrome.I like this kind of music because it has (for my opinion) esotericism and mysticism...

  • @HARDROCKRAMMSTEINFAN Greek saz and Turkish saz...is the same instrument. just..little bit different the way of playing.

  • @HARDROCKRAMMSTEINFAN

    rhythm, instruments,table and scales

  • @RENEDU2 thanks!

  • @HARDROCKRAMMSTEINFAN I have no idea, but I noticed greeks use a lot more tremolo.

  • @Sercan1995 thats true

  • @HARDROCKRAMMSTEINFAN Ggive a guitar to a Canadian and he will play it one way... Now, give the same guitar to an Indian and he way play it completely different. I can almost guarantee both styles will be different. I think that is the answer to your questions. Nothing is different really, they play the same instrument, just slightly different styles.

  • @Dexiotechnia thanks im happy with your answer!

  • @HARDROCKRAMMSTEINFAN

Greek people are not europeans. The Greek people share more common culture with the Turkish Arabic and persians because economical trade for greece is geographically more favourable and sustainable to their east than it is to their west. Try explaining this to the european union.. I dare say, It is merely that they are christians as apposed to muslims that separate them from their eastern cousins. No offence or hard feelings everyone.

  • @ermanmustafa but they are in europe.

  • @ermanmustafa The greek civilization is based on oriental style since the ancient times, ancient Greece was pure oriental civilization.

  • @HARDROCKRAMMSTEINFAN Greek Bauzouki has been evolved from saz like many other lute type instruments. The name bauzouki also comes from a variation of saz playing/tuning style called "bozuk duzen". The culture in general from music to cuisine are almost the same. Physical and cultural characteristic are almost the same. Both cultures evolved in the same region for millenniums. IMO, the only thing separates both cultures are religion and the language.

  • @TANRIERDI thanks! thats pretty right

  • @HARDROCKRAMMSTEINFAN The saz has its origin rooted in ancient orient, its nothing new in anatolia. The turkish music is based on byzantine greek music wich is mix of ancent greek and ancient persian music. The Greek music from Anatolian Greeks is same as local turkish music. The greek music of islands is different and greek music from mainland Greece is also tottaly different from anatolian music. There are many varietes of greek music

  • @MAXIMILIANVS thank you that was very helpfull!

  • @HARDROCKRAMMSTEINFAN if there is something else just tell me:)

  • @MAXIMILIANVS thanks bro!

  • @MAXIMILIANVS nothing, friend. If you want find example of gr. music from mainland greece try to write this name: Petrilia and look for any video there. from islands: nisiotika for crete:kritika or mantinades, from Anatolia:Mikrasiatika, for pontos:Pontiaka
