I read about this video on a David Archuleta fansite because I'm a fan of David of course :) I'm glad I came to watch it. By the way, David eats TOO much meat; all types! Nice job, you make your guac almost the same way I make mine, only they are 'women meals'. Good guacamole knows no boundaries, ha.  The background music is the best by the way. David always accompanies my cooking, cleaning and just about everything else. You have great taste!

I love Archuleta's voice and he's really nice! Thanks or having his music in your video!! I'll have to try your guac. Mine didn't have enough lemon. I made a good chunky fresh tomato sauce though. Peel/dice tomatoes keeping juice&seeds. Brown a good amount chopped garlic & a bit chopped hot pepper (in a bit of olive oil). Add chopped onion and saute a little. Add the diced tomatoes and cook down a bit. Add some basil. Used on pasta, chicken, meatloaf, and tacos.
