we had a 2000 focus that was making the same noise. within a week, the rod came off the crankshaft and went through the side of the engine.

hi mate my engine is making exactly the same noise as yours ..... what is it.... i have taken cam off and replaced all 8 bucket tappets but the noise is still the same .. can you help thx .mick uk
