its nowhere near as simple as reproduction by choice. An overwhelming proportion of those in these societies don't attend school which is the most effective institution for presenting information to a mass generational audience. Without school attendance how to the next generation learn about safe sex procedures? Their parents cannot as they to do not know them. In societies ran by patriarchal rule and rife with rape/prostitution but no understanding of safe sex its not as easy as a chioce

I'm wondering why do they keep reproducing when they know they don't have enough for their kids. Its pretty sad when they have to watch their kids suffer. Not trying to be rude, because I do believe in helping others especially those, but don't you think they can help us by not reproducing??

first of all i don't think they know about birth control(i may be wrong) and since sex is something that u feel the need to do it's kinda hard to keep them under control. People as they get more educated are making less children and this is a fact... so i agree with u on this one... some should really start focusing on other things than making children. i don't want to be rude but in some cases it is true

I never said that birth control should be used. But somesort of protection, or maybe they should serperate the men and the women from each other...I would cost less to do that then feed everyone of their children that they keep making....It's smarter, too.

There's a simple organic explanation, remember nature has made all living things to survive. When people are on this extrem situations of starvation and poverty reproduction is a very strong instinct and biologically is easier for women to get pregnant. It has nothing to do with education or culture its pure biology. And I don't think that treating them like cattle and separating women from men is a good solution either.

It's a combination of a lot of factors such as: aggressive economic suppression by developed nations (e.g. USA, Britain, Australia), climate changes (extreme droughts), minimal access to education, apartheid governments...
