@MW2Bulltech No, Super Polymerization is a quick play spell. You can activate a quick play spell during any phase of your own turn, or during your opponent's turn if you set it first.

@1313jsnake92 No, if he set it face down, you would have to wait next turn to use it, like a trap card. Quick play spells can be played from the hand during any phase of your turn.
